Custom Cigar Band Policy

Custom Tobacco reserves the right to reuse, copy, modify, or otherwise distribute designs submitted by users for the purpose of offering additional templates to our customers. Custom Tobacco also reserves the right to use designs in sales and marketing material. Personal and copyrighted information will be removed from bands added to our library. Custom Tobacco also reserves the right to sell user-submitted designs without the consent or acknowledgement of the original author. Upon submitting designs to Custom Tobacco, you are hereby transferring ownership of that design to Custom Tobacco and providing Custom Tobacco with full ownership and distribution rights, unless prior consent has been provided in writing from the owners of Custom Tobacco waiving this transfer.
